Hours
All consultations and care are by appointment only. Services are offered during the day, in the evening, and on weekends. For a medical emergency, please call our office for specific instruction on how to reach Dr. Haugh after office hours. We require 24 hour notice of cancellation of appointments.

Location
If you are traveling by CTA train, AltCare is located 10 miles west of downtown Chicago at the Oak Park Avenue exit of the CTA’s blue line in Oak Park.

If you are traveling by car, exit Austin Avenue if you are coming from the east and Harlem Avenue if you are coming from the west. We are north of the Eisenhower Expressway (IL290) on the west side of the street next to the Avenue Ale House. Metered parking is available in front of the office and across the street in the parking lot east of the Fifth Third Bank.
