Swedish Massage:
A light, multiple stroke massage done with the finger tips and
palms for general relaxation
Deep Tissue
Massage:
A massage focused on one or two specific problem areas of tension
and stress. Deeper pressure is used than in a relaxation massage to
release the tightness of constricted muscle.
Prenatal
Massage:
For the mothers-to-be, a massage for general relaxation and
musculoskeletal back relief from the added weight of pregnancy and
its distribution.
Ashiatus
Oriental Bar Therapy:
An adaptation of an ancient form of barefoot massage using deep long
compressive strokes gliding over the body. Gravitational force is
combined with centrifugal and centripetal movements to bring about a
structural change in chronic soft tissue maladaptations.
LaStone:
Enhancing a massage with stones, goes beyond the physical experience
of a typical massage, allowing the body to enter a deeper dimension
of relaxation, well-being and health. Basalt stones penetrate with
heat and melt away tension; while cool stones relieve inflamed
areas, leaving you feeling relaxed yet re-energized.
Sports Massage:
An invigorating massage that is beneficial to anyone that is active
in exercise. This massage consists of mostly compressions,
mobilizations and stretches.
